Randstad Education is partnering with a vibrant, globally-focused Independent School located in Sydney’s inner-city creative precinct. We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate educators for multiple teaching and leadership positions commencing shortly.

The Role
We have multiple exciting full-time opportunities available across both the Primary and High School faculties:
High School English Teacher: A full-time contract for Terms 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons aligned with the NESA English syllabus that foster critical thinking and a love for literature.
Primary Teacher - Head of Stage 3: An ongoing, full-time leadership position driving stage-based academic excellence, curriculum innovation, and supporting students through key transitional milestones.
Bilingual (German and English) Primary Teacher (Role 1): A full-time contract running from an immediate start through to the end of 2026, delivering core curriculum units directly through partial German immersion.
Bilingual (German and English) Primary Teacher (Role 2): A 12-month full-time contract commencing in Term 3, inspiring young learners within a flagship dual-language framework.
Successful Candidate Profile
Qualifications: Valid NESA Teacher Accreditation and relevant tertiary teaching qualifications.
Language Proficiency (for Bilingual Roles): Native or near-native fluency in German, with the capability to confidently deliver core primary curriculum content in the target language.
Leadership Capabilities (for Head of Stage 3): Demonstrated experience leading teaching cohorts, mentoring staff, and designing innovative educational programs.
Attributes: Aligned with a secular, inclusive school ethos; collaborative, adaptable, and highly skilled at building positive relationships within a diverse school community.

All Applicants are required to provide a valid state based Working with Children’s Check which is thoroughly screened. In some circumstances, a Federal Police Check and an International Police Clearance is also required. Your consultant will be able to advise if this is applicable to you.
