The Role
As a Language Educator, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting and working alongside team of educators to provide high-quality care and education for 3-5 year old children to discover their world while discovering the joy of another language
- Building and maintaining positive and trusting relationships with the children, families, and staff members
- Implementing education and care programs that meet the holistic needs of the individual child as part of a community through weekly programming and children's observations
- Having sound knowledge of current child care practices, the Child Protection and Safeguarding procedures, Early Years Learning Framework, and the National Quality Framework
- Being reliable, respectful and work constructively with your colleagues and other professionals

About You
To be successful in this position, you must have:
- Completed Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Current Working with Children Check
- Recent Child Protection Training/Safeguarding
- Current First Aid Certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
- Food Handling Certificate or willing to obtain
- Prior experience working with children
- Sound understanding and knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Australian unrestricted working rights
