This is the perfect opportunity to join a fast growing not for profit business within the internal recruitment team. Working together with the talent acquisition manager you will be liaising with different leaders in the business to fulfil their recruitment needs. The team you will be working with is collaborative and supportive, it is a great environment to expand your recruitment skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process. From posting job ads to screening resumes and phone screening candidates. You will advise hiring managers about the current market and support them in the hiring process including sitting in in interviews. Once the new employee is hired, you will help with the onboarding.
To be successful in this role you have at least 2 years experience in an end to end recruitment role. You have used different strategies to find the best talent in the market and you have the skills to manage senior stakeholders in the business.
