Talent Acqusition Advisor – High Volume | Immediate Start | Flexible work arrangements
Do you enjoy keeping busy and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a Talent Advisor to support high-volume hiring across operational roles within a large and well-established organisation in the food production and agriculture sector.
In this role, you’ll help keep the recruitment process moving by screening applications, coordinating interviews and site tours, organising pre-employment checks, and providing general recruitment administration support. It’s a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys managing multiple candidates and staying organised in a busy environment.
Your role:
Screening and shortlisting applications
Coordinating interviews and site tours
Managing pre-employment checks
Supporting hiring managers with recruitment administration
About you:
Previous recruitment coordination or high-volume recruitment experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Able to manage multiple priorities
What’s on offer:
Immediate start
Full-time hours (Monday – Friday)
Initial 2-month assignment with potential extension
Hybrid working arrangement (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)
