Location: North Coast Region, QLD
Contract Term: 12 Months (with potential for extension)
Rate: $67.95 – $74.00 per hour + Super (Based on experience)
The Opportunity
Are you a Surveyor who loves the balance of technical precision and the great outdoors? We are seeking a PO3 Surveyor to join a major Infrastructure & Transport body in the North Coast Region.
This isn't just a "set and forget" role. You will be an integral part of the project lifecycle—from initial planning and design through to construction and long-term management of the road network. What You’ll Be Doing
Working within a high-performing regional survey team, you will deliver engineering surveys that meet strict TMR standards. Your day-to-day will involve:
- End-to-End Project Delivery: Performing engineering surveys through all phases (planning, design, and construction).
- Technical Expertise: Providing consultancy and geospatial applications to a diverse range of internal and external customers.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring every project identifies and addresses legislative requirements and quality benchmarks.
- Leadership: Planning, assigning, and directing the activities of team members as required to ensure best-practice outcomes.
The Requirements
To hit the ground running, you will need:
- Qualifications: A minimum 3-year degree in Surveying (or a qualification acceptable for registration with the Surveyors Board of Queensland (SBQ)).
- Licensing: A current Class ‘C’ Drivers Licence.
- Safety First: Current CPR and First Aid certificates are mandatory.
