- Serve as the primary contact for ANZ Supply Chain, providing internal and external support for inventory management, 3PL warehouse operations, and transportation.
- Lead trade compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring conformity to established international trade regulations and operational processes and policies.
- Manage 3PL performance, conduct regular site visits, and ensure orders are delivered to customers according to agreed service targets.
- Collaborate closely with Global and Regional Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Care, Quality, and Regulatory functions to manage demand forecasting, secure supply, order fulfillment, and service levels.
- Plan and manage the supply chain budget, including cost control and expenditures approval.
- Monitor supply chain performance against agreed indicators to support Regional SCM KPIs.
- Actively contribute to process improvement by leveraging problem-solving skills.
- Degree educated in supply chain or logistics discipline.
- Minimum 8 years’ related experience working in interdisciplinary teams within a global corporation.
- Strong knowledge and proven track record in 3PL warehouse operations management, logistics, planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience and knowledge of SAP.
- Ability to develop, analyze, and apply data to make decisions and meet service expectations.
- Excellent communication, verbal, written, and presentation skills across all business levels and functions.
- Experience in the life science, biotechnology, medical device, and/or regulated TGA environment.
- Strong understanding and experience in cold chain management, Dangerous Goods, trade compliance, and logistics of regulated products.
