We have an immediate need for MULTIPLE OO6 Supervisors located at Cannon Hill with possible Ipswich location.

The responsibility of the Supervisor is to assist in managing and coordinating project planning and delivery activities in order to maximise project profitability and ensure client satisfaction, provide supervisory services to the delivery of construction, maintenance and upgrade works being undertaken and to provide inspection services in accordance with KPI’s, liaise with customers, subcontractors and other business areas, and complete scope works and provide estimates as required.
Qualification/education
Construction industry related trade qualification (highly desirable). Current Workplace Health & Safety General Safety Induction Card (essential). Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience.
Experience
5+ years of general supervisory skills in commercial/residential construction.
Any Government construction experience is highly regarded.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong understanding of Workplace Health & Safety regulations
- Proficiency in estimating and cost-effective project management
- Experience in tender and quotation documentation
- Knowledge of building inspections and material analysis
- Experience in safe work method statement documentation
Manditory
- Must be able to pass a criminal history check
- Must have current working rights in Aus - evidence will be requested before submitting your application to the client.
- Current Drivers Licence
