Student Management System (TechnologyOne) Developer | Permanent | $130k package | Footscray Park, Melbourne
A leading education sector organisation is looking for a skilled TechnologyOne Developer to join their Digital and Campus Services team. You'll play a key role in the Student Experience Domain, delivering custom development, integrations, and production support for their Student Management System. This is a permanent opportunity offering genuine stability and meaningful work at scale.
What you'll be doing
- Custom development of ETLs, workflows, and Crystal Reports within TechnologyOne (StudentOne)
- Production support and root cause analysis for application incidents
- System integration and data migration using APIs, web services, and batch processing
- Producing technical and testing documentation for development changes
- Liaising with vendors to investigate and resolve technical issues
- Collaborating with business analysts and cross-functional IT teams to deliver solutions aligned to business requirements
- Contributing to continuous improvement of processes within the Student Experience Domain
What we're looking for
- Strong hands-on experience with TechnologyOne architecture, functionality, and customisation
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, JavaScript, PL/SQL, and/or .NET in StudentOne environments
- Experience designing and developing integrations, ETLs, and reports in TechnologyOne, ideally in cloud environments
- Solid experience with system integration and data migration (APIs, web services, batch processing)
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver to deadlines
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Experience in the education sector is a bonus but not essential
