This client has decades and a large number of well known developments across Australia now growing the delivery team it is a perfect time to join on one of Queensland's most exciting teams.
The Role
- Structures Foreman on a multi level luxury residential development and associated commercial, retail precincts.
- Working collaboratively with your Site Manager, Project Manager and engineers to achieve key milestones and drive programme
- Ability to work autonomously looking after structures and managing large numbers of trades and direct staff
- Excellent build knowledge and people management
- We are looking for a foreman who can both work within a large team but with the ability to work autonomously as required
Experience/Qualifications Required
- Trade or Tertiary Qualifications in Construction
- A track record in delivering large scale projects within Australia with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor in a supervisor role
- Proven experience on large scale residential or commercial developments $100m+
- Strong build knowledge and ability to work autonomously
- An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders alike
Whats on offer
- $200,000 - $240,000 + Superannuation (negotiable for the right experience)
