About the Role
As the Strata Manager for the portfolio, you will be the primary point of contact for all strata-related matters across several properties. Your role will focus on partnering with onsite leaders, advising on compliance, and supporting the renewal and performance of building management and caretaking arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain productive relationships with Body Corporate committees, strata managers and onsite leadership.
Attend relevant meetings and provide clear, practical guidance to property teams.
Oversee compliance across management and caretaking agreements.
Assist with agreement renewals and performance reviews.
Work closely with internal legal, compliance and operations teams to resolve strata-related issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance building services delivery.
Provide training and advice on relevant legislation and operational best practice.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience managing complex strata or community schemes.
Strong knowledge of Management Rights, caretaking agreements or building management statements.
Experience within hospitality, property, or building management is advantageous.
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to prepare professional reports and support multiple stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
