Salary Package: $128,635 + superannuation + vehicle
Contract: Initial fixed-term contract until June 30, 2027
Hours: Flexible working hours with a sustainable hybrid work model (Melbourne CBD office + field travel).
You will be a plumbing professional who takes pride in industry standards, possesses sharp problem-solving skills, and communicates with integrity.
Registration: Registered or qualified to gain registration in the main classes of plumbing work under Part 12A of the Building Act 1993.
Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in plumbing or extensive high-level trade-related experience.
Regulatory Knowledge: Advanced understanding of the Building and Plumbing Regulations, standards, and codes, and how to practically apply them on-site.
Inspection Experience: Proven track record conducting on-site technical inspections and compliance audits, specifically on Class 2 apartment developments.
License: A current Victorian driver’s licence and the ability to travel statewide.
Prior experience with fire protection systems or specialized plumbing disciplines is highly regarded.
