Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Actively partner with clients and services to negotiate new contracts, renewals, extensions, and amendments. This will be driven from day to day activities and targets including a mixture of visits, new business and existing business.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct research on client industries, competitors, and trends to provide actionable insights for client meetings and use this to gain advantage over other clients and market share.
- Client Growth & Satisfaction: Identify opportunities to increase wallet share and satisfaction; build and maintain strong relationships, specifically within the Education sector.
- Sales & Recruitment: Drive business development through activities such as Business Development calls/visits, candidate floats, and managing vacancy fill rates; collaborate with internal teams to maximise speed to market.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify client account risks and propose mitigation strategies to resolve service delivery challenges.

What we need from you:
- Thrive on a busy desk & weekly visits on the road to clients so driver's license is essential
- 2 days working from home, 3 office days on a rotating roster of 7am-3.30pm and 9.30am-6pm (must be able to work both these shifts!)- 3 days a week essential in the CBD office
- Proven sales experience and a passion for learning, development and speed to market
- Ability to take on feedback and grow each day!
