We are partnering with a prominent and large-scale public sector organisation to source an exceptional Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 (M365).
This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on modernising and securing the client’s M365 landscape across both their vast corporate functions and numerous educational institutions. You will be the M365 evangelist, designing the future integration strategy, optimising security with Microsoft Defender, and ensuring the platform delivers tangible, tailored value to educators and students.

Key Responsibilities
As the M365 Solution Architect, you will:
...Assessment & Strategy: Evaluate current M365 utilisation across diverse environments to identify gaps and architect a clear future state.
Seamless Integration: Develop and champion strategies for the coherent and seamless integration of M365 across all corporate and school settings.
Security Posture: Significantly enhance the security framework by expertly optimising Microsoft Defender and implementing M365 security best practices.
Change Leadership: Design methods to boost communication and change management effectiveness around M365 updates, using tools like Message Centre to drive adoption.
School-Level Alignment: Design and implement tailored M365 solutions that address the unique, mission-critical needs of schools, including coordination during overseas trips, camps, and emergencies.
Executive Reporting: Establish a professional framework for continuous executive updates, including the creation of clear visual roadmaps, key metrics, and strategic communication.
What We're Looking For (Mandatory Requirements)
To be successful in this high-profile role, you must possess:
Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
Extensive, demonstrable experience with Microsoft 365 architecture, tools, and solutions on an enterprise scale.
Proven deep expertise in security frameworks, with specific, hands-on experience in Microsoft Defender optimisation.
Strong, proven experience in high-level stakeholder engagement, consultation, and leading large-scale change management initiatives.
Exceptional analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to design and produce executive-level dashboards and technical roadmaps.
