The role is based 4 days a week in the office which is near Parramatta.
As the Social Media Manager, you will be pivotal in enhancing the brand's presence, customer engagement, and online performance. You'll develop, implement, and optimize campaigns across various digital channels to meet commercial objectives and drive sales growth. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all digital initiatives are aligned with the broader marketing strategy.
Key Accountabilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Paid Advertising: Creating and managing social media ad campaigns within Facebook Business Manager, driving member acquisition for the brand and promoting trending content via paid social ads.
Social Media Management: Increasing brand presence across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. You will also engage with and respond to comments, messages, and reviews, and create campaigns within set budget and schedule.
Influencer Management: Identifying and building relationships with relevant industry influencers to amplify brand reach. You'll coordinate collaborations, including content briefs and product sampling, monitor content for brand standards, and track campaign performance for engagement and ROI insights.
Content Management (Video & Image): Coordinating video and photo editing, as well as planning and executing shoots with external agencies. This includes coordinating with tradespeople to distribute samples and plan shoots.
End-User Database Management: Managing engagement with the members and customers hrough targeted content and communication, including coordinating sample distribution for jobsite testing.
Skills & Experience Required
Experience with social media in previous roles
Experience with Meta Business Suite and other social media advertising platforms.
Experience with graphics, video editing, social media copywriting, strategy, and analytics.
Proven ability to present social reports, track social trends, report on competitor activity, and refine social strategy.
Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and management tools.
Experience using the Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
SEO experience and knowledge (is a plus but not required)
