About the Role:
As a key tradesperson working for Randstad, you will be responsible for executing high-quality work across various construction and fit-out projects. We are looking for an individual who is professional, safety-conscious, and can hit the ground running.
Key Accountabilities Include:
Precision Execution: Performing high-standard carpentry, joinery, and/or cabinet making (e.g., first/second fix, custom installations, detailed finishes).
Blueprint Interpretation: Accurately reading and working from technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
Quality & Safety: Maintaining a clean and organised workspace while strictly adhering to all Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) protocols.
Collaboration: Working effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic project team.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
We are looking for a reliable professional who meets all essential criteria for the role:
Mandatory Tickets & Qualifications:
Construction Induction Card (White Card) - Essential
Trade Qualification: Relevant Certificate III in Carpentry, Joinery, or Cabinet Making.
Current and valid Australian Driver's Licence.
Experience: Proven experience in a similar role with demonstrable attention to detail.
Availability: Commitment to working full-time hours (casual basis).
Tools: Ownership of basic hand tools and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
