• Execute the capture of inbound and outbound tonnages using advanced software, ensuring 100% accuracy for financial reporting and environmental auditing.

• Mastermind the flow of heavy vehicles across the scales to eliminate bottlenecks, ensuring the facility operates at peak kinetic efficiency.

• Deliver a premium first-impression to all stakeholders, managing driver relations with a blend of professional authority and exceptional service.

• Visually inspect payloads to ensure compliance with strict environmental standards, acting as the final filter for site safety and sustainability.

• Administer point-of-sale transactions and account management with total integrity, turning complex logistics into clean revenue streams.

• Maintain a meticulous digital paper trail—Waste Tracks, EPA dockets, and safety manifests—ensuring the site is always "audit-ready."

• Act as the primary communication hub during site emergencies or equipment shifts, directing resources with a calm, decisive presence.

• The ability to switch from high-speed data entry to complex problem-solving without breaking your stride.

• A professional demeanor that commands respect from contractors and corporate executives alike.

• High-level proficiency in ERP systems and logistics platforms (we provide the tools; you provide the talent).
