Ready to take the lead on some of Launceaton's most exciting fitout construction projects? We're searching for a Site Manager to lead the onsite construction team and deliver excellence on projects.

Our client is a leading construction business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial fit-out, refurbishment, and construction projects across Australia. With a focus on long-term client relationships and a commitment to excellence, we are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to join their growing team.

The Role:

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of commercial fitout projects up to $5 million, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will be a key player in their Launceston based operations, overseeing all site activities, managing subcontractors, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure all projects adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor site staff and subcontractors.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts efficiently.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

About You:

• You will hold a Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Building & Construction (Management) or Building related trade qualification
• You are an experienced Site Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering commercial construction fitout projects up to $5 million.
• You are a strong leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• You are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
