We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to help lead a high-profile social housing project for a leading construction contractor.. The Role
Working closely with the Site Manager, you will be the "boots on the ground" leader responsible for driving daily production, maintaining elite safety standards, and ensuring our subcontractors deliver excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
...- Safety Leadership: Oversee the implementation of all site safety protocols and monitor procedures in strict accordance with the Project Safety Management Plan.
- Program Management: Monitor work progress against the construction program, ensuring seamless coordination between all trades to hit key milestones.
- Quality Control: Conduct rigorous inspections of trade works to ensure the required standards are achieved and maintained across the board.
- Commercial Support: Assist with cost control for specific project aspects, as directed by the Site Manager, to ensure we meet performance targets and budget requirements.

Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Essential background as a Foreman or Site Supervisor on commercial or government-funded projects.
- Safety First Mentality: A deep understanding of OH&S processes and a proactive approach to risk management.
- Technical Literacy: Strong programming knowledge and the ability to interpret complex schedules.
- Local Network: Established, positive relationships with local subcontractors and suppliers.
- Qualifications: A trade qualification is highly preferred.
