About the Role:
This is a critical, fast-paced business support position where you will be the primary administrative pillar for the Service Manager. You will take ownership of the entire service life cycle, from meticulous scheduling and planning for field teams to managing all aspects of service invoicing and compliance reporting. Your strong organisational skills will directly contribute to achieving departmental KPIs and maintaining the high standard of service the company is known for.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
This role is the backbone of the Service function, focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client delivery.
- Manage the full cycle of service invoicing preparation and ensure timely submission.
- Validate all documentation for completeness and compliance prior to processing.
- Prepare and submit all administrative reports, including Profit Take Ups/Pipelines and time sheets.
- Forward-plan and manage work schedules to optimise team efficiency and minimise downtime.
- Assist the Service Manager in meeting departmental budgets, strategies, and KPIs.
- Provide timely feedback to the service team to drive operational improvements.
- Act as a key liaison with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure all client deliverable are achieved on time and within budget.
- Ensure customer requirements are consistently met, delivering high-quality service and support.
- Manage and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality policies.
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in a service coordination, administration, or support role, preferably within a service-driven environment.
- Strong computer skills, including high proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Experience with Pronto or a similar accounting/service management system is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong stakeholder engagement abilities.
