We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide high-level administrative support within a Federal Government Service Delivery team in Robina. This is an 8-month opportunity paying $37.36/hour plus super. This role is essential in ensuring accessible and consistent service experiences for the public. Acting as a primary point of contact, you will support a busy team by managing workflows, data entry, and complex enquiries, while maintaining a professional and inclusive environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
... - Deliver high-quality service as the first point of contact, resolving enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage front-of-house reception, assisting visitors with self-service kiosks and digital support tools.
- Provide accurate information and referrals to appropriate government or community services.
- Oversee shared team inboxes, coordinate complex calendars, and manage telephone enquiries within agency timeframes.
- Action administrative and planning tasks in strict accordance with relevant agency legislation and policy.
- Perform high-volume data entry and record-keeping, ensuring all necessary follow-up is completed.
- Coordinate office facilities and appointments, ensuring environments remain accessible for all attendees.
- Receive and record complaints and community feedback within internal business systems.
Skills/Experience required:
- Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with stakeholders, their families, and representatives.
- Strong experience in managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and managing your own workflow efficiently.
- Maintains a positive and contemporary attitude towards people with disabilities; experience in this sector is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn and navigate business systems.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive work environment and supporting peers.
