About the Job
In this role, you will be the "glue" that holds the service operations together. You’ll manage the lifecycle of service work orders, from initial quotation to final documentation, ensuring everything runs with maximum efficiency and meets strict customer deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage service work orders and schedule work to meet customer requirements.
- Prepare, issue, and track quotations and variations for service work.
- Raise requisitions for materials and third-party services while expediting material demand.
- Maintain accurate site registers, WIP sheets, and tracking logs.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships.
To Be Successful
- At least 2 years in a manufacturing, transport or service-based environment (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using MRP/ERP systems is essential.
- Exceptional time management and the ability to multi-task under pressure.
- A current Driver’s Licence is required.
