Our Client
Our client is a market leader in waste management solutions who are known for their sustainable solutions to commercial and residential buildings. Due to an exciting global expansion, our client is looking for a Service Coordinator to join their team in Bankstown.
Your New Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be the first point of contact for customers to provide support and organise urgent repairs. This role is 100% onsite and will see you:
- Schedule and coordinate field technicians across service, testing, maintenance, and reactive works
- Manage bookings, job changes, technician availability, and daily priorities
- Use Simpro to create, update, monitor, and close out service jobs
- Liaise with technicians, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal staff
- Support the Service Manager with daily service department operations
- Help keep jobs, records, and client communication accurate and up to date

About You
- Previous experience in Scheduling, Service Coordination, Maintenance, Repairs, Field Services, Dispatch, Building Management or Strata
- Experience within building, construction or similar will be highly regarded
- Proven ability to proactively solve problems in a fast paced environment
