The Role:
You will be the central nervous system of the service department, coordinating technicians and contractors across multiple states.
Your core responsibiltes:
Efficiently allocate technicians for NSW, VIC, and QLD operations.
Master the art of balancing urgent emergency breakdowns with essential planned maintenance.
Act as the confident link between demanding clients, contractors, and field technicians.
Utilise simPRO (highly regarded!) to keep every job structured and tracked.
Stay one step ahead by anticipating logistical bottlenecks before they happen.

About You:
- 3+ years in Service Coordination or Scheduling.
