Managing a high volume of both incoming and outgoing calls with exceptional clarity and professionalism.
Taking full ownership of the crew's workload by accurately scheduling jobs, quotes, and bookings using the user-friendly Service Mate system.
Serving as the professional central point of contact for all operational and client inquiries within the business.
About You:
Phone confidence
Highly articulate and extremely comfortable managing a busy switchboard
Proven experience in a fast-paced scheduling, coordination, or administration role is essential.
Reliable WFH setup - Work laptop and a dual monitor system provided
Reliable, a quick learner, and ready for a focused, short-term, high-impact assignment.
