Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement technical solutions that align with government project goals, organisational requirements, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including program managers, delivery managers, and system analysts to gather technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Develop and document system architectures, technical specifications, and integration plans for government projects.
• Provide expert guidance and technical leadership during the design, development, and deployment phases of projects.
• Ensure all solutions meet government standards for security, scalability, performance, and accessibility.

• Ability to design, implement and support complex technical solutions, including system integration and architecture development.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or DevOps).
• Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including program managers, delivery managers, and system analysts, to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF).
• Familiarity with government security and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISM, ASD Essential 8).
