About the role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a competitive, sales-focused Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant or a Sales Person to join our highly collaborative Business Support team based in Brisbane CBD. This is a premium, established "warm" desk inheriting an active client portfolio that has previously been one of the top billing desk in the team. You will be focusing on business support and administrative placements for the construction and engineering clients (roles such as executive assistants, data entry, site administrators, project coordinators, etc) with a lucrative mix of both permanent and temporary roles.
You will step into a busy, high-volume environment with immediate roles to fill, partnering with major Tier 1 construction industry giants. Working within a professional, high-performing team alongside top billers and experienced consultants, enjoying a supportive management style that focuses on rolling monthly targets rather than rigid, micromanaged weekly metrics.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage and grow an established, high-performing 360-degree recruitment desk specialising in administrative support placements for the construction, property, and engineering sectors
- Drive proactive sales activity and new business development to capitalise on massive infrastructure projects shaping Queensland
- Source, screen, and maintain a high-quality pipeline of administration professionals, coordinating end-to-end recruitment delivery
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with major enterprise accounts through structured client service and engagement
What we're looking for:
- A proven track record as an agency Recruitment Consultant or an ambitious individual with a strong sales background (e.g., call centre sales or gym sales)
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to manage complex candidate and client dynamics
- A proactive, professional team player who thrives in a collaborative, social office environment and loves celebrating their peers' wins
- Drivers License is a must
