About your new role
The Senior Project Officer provides senior project coordination and operational delivery support for commercial product projects. This includes handling funded, non-accredited, micro-credential, and client-specific product activities. Reporting directly to the Senior Advisor, Product, the role focuses on keeping projects on time, within scope, and aligned with organisational priorities. You will manage assigned projects from initiation to closure. Maintain crucial project artefacts like schedules, action logs, and risk registers using systems like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.
What you will need to exceed
... - Simultaneously manage multiple commercial product activities and keep concurrent project schedules on track.
- Confidently prepare accurate project documentation, meeting papers, reports, and registers to support decision-making.
- Use strong written and interpersonal skills to coordinate internal teams, external partners, and commercial clients.
- Confidently use project and collaboration tools, specifically JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and Excel.
- Understand training packages, micro-credentials, and accredited/non-accredited commercial products.
- Successfully navigate project governance and product delivery within a complex organisational structure.
