The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of project delivery from planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery
• Manage financial performance, budgets and forecasting
• Lead project teams and provide mentoring and direction
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
• Monitor project risks, performance and reporting

About You
• 10+ years’ experience in commercial construction
• Proven ability to deliver projects end-to-end
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
