You will act as the architect of delivery for a critical strategic initiative, navigating a full-scale product and platform build from roadmap to integration.
What You Will Do:
Drive the end-to-end implementation of greenfield insurance products and the underlying platforms powering them.
Provide high-level executive influence, acting as a peer to Project Sponsors and navigating roadblocks at the Board level.
Bridge the gap between complex insurance logic and technical execution to ensure a rigorous and high-performing SDLC.
Manage multi-million dollar budgets and cross-functional teams with a relentless focus on quality, scalability, and speed-to-market.
Lead the build of a new product and claims function from the ground up, ensuring solutions are market-leading and future-proof.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Extensive experience in the Banking or Insurance sectors with deep mastery of the insurance lifecycle (Underwriting, Claims, and Product).
A "driver" mindset with a proactive, resilient personality capable of challenging the status quo under high pressure.
Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale system builds and product launches rather than just incremental updates.
Advanced commercial acumen with mastery over project financials, risk mitigation, and translating technical metrics into business value.
Expert-level knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and sophisticated experience leading teams within a modern SDLC.
