Lead a critical, enterprise-wide Cybersecurity Program for a major infrastructure leader. We are looking for a strategic leader to oversee the end-to-end delivery of a multi-stream program, managing a high-performing team of 15 FTEs including multiple Project Managers. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment rather than technical execution, offering the chance to shape digital resilience at an executive level.
What You Will Do:
- Provide strategic oversight and leadership for the Cybersecurity Program, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and risk mitigation goals.
- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration across multiple delivery streams.
- Manage program-level governance, including executive reporting, risk and issue management, and the facilitation of program steering committees.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders across Business IT, Operations, Risk, and Legal to ensure delivery is fit-for-purpose.
- Oversee financial management, vendor engagement, and resource planning to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in senior program management, ideally within the utilities, infrastructure, or government sectors.
- Proven track record leading large, complex programs across IT, cyber risk, compliance, or enterprise transformation.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at executive and board levels within complex environments.
- Solid understanding of enterprise cybersecurity drivers and risk frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or the SOCI Act.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, or Project Management, complemented by certifications such as MSP, PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2.
