Our client is launching a critical, high-profile Scams Program and requires a heavyweight Procurement & Commercial Lead to take full ownership of the sourcing roadmap.
This is an autonomous, high-impact role requiring a blend of technical IT procurement and sophisticated stakeholder management.
The Brief
You will act as the commercial partner across IT, Legal, and P&C to stand up a new operating model. Key categories include:
Tech & Digital: Sourcing large-scale CMS platforms, system builds, and IT security.
Professional Services: Engaging Org Design consultants and creative agencies for public trust campaigns.
Surge Capability: Managing high-volume contingent labor and recruitment partnerships.
Contract Management: Handling complex negotiations, supplier escalations, and performance disputes.
Non-Negotiables
IT Specialism: Demonstrated experience sourcing large-scale tech platforms and systems.
Commercial Rigor: Advanced skills in drafting, reviewing, and managing complex contracts/SOWs.
Autonomy: Ability to lead the function without day-to-day hand-holding.
Stakeholder Influence: Strong project management and the ability to navigate complex internal hierarchies.
Availability: Must be able to start within 2–3 weeks.
