A growing boutique digital marketing agency based in the creative hub of Chippendale is currently looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join their team. This agency helps leading Australian brands connect with customers through a blend of performance-led marketing, creativity, and data.
The Role
Working within a performance-driven environment, the successful candidate will act as the paid advertising specialist. The role involves working collectively with a portfolio of clients to create and execute digital marketing strategies that reach and influence target markets.
Your Responsibilities
... - Planning and managing multi-channel performance campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Continuously optimising campaigns to deliver high-performing results that align with client business goals.
- Analysing sales and performance data via Google Analytics to create insightful reports in DataStudio.
- Strategically consulting for clients to build long-term, trusting relationships.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal specialists in SEO, content, and analytics to deliver integrated strategies.
What we are looking for:
The agency is seeking a performance marketer who brings a solid foundation in data-driven campaigns and is ready to hit the ground running.
Key requirements include:
- At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically building and optimising campaigns across Google and Meta.
- Proven experience working with medium to large-scale eCommerce brands.
- A strong understanding of the customer journey, marketing funnels, and digital strategy.
- Proficiency in Google Shopping, Merchant Centre, Advantage+, and YouTube advertising.
- An interest in the evolution of technology and a willingness to embrace AI tools to improve efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
- The ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
