This role offers the opportunity to lead complex system initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing workforce management and enhancing the employee experience through advanced functional support and strategic data insights.
What You Will Do:Lead the design and implementation of complex integrations between Workday, Aurion, and other enterprise systems to drive automation.
Govern all HRIS configurations, including business processes and security, to ensure legislative compliance and audit readiness.
Act as the functional lead for major projects, including system upgrades, new module deployments, and organisation-wide change management.
Develop complex dashboards and custom analytics to support strategic decision-making and workforce planning for executive management.
Build organisational capability by coaching team members and subject matter experts to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Expert-level experience in HRIS platforms, specifically Workday and Aurion, including configuration, security, and integration.
Proven ability to lead complex projects from inception to delivery, including vendor management and stakeholder engagement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in advanced reporting and predictive analytics.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders on governance and optimisation.
Experience mentoring and developing capability within HRIS teams to drive high-performance outcomes.
