What You Bring:
... Experience: Proven background in full-function payroll (End-to-End).
Knowledge: Confidence interpreting Awards/EBAs and superannuation (Public sector experience is a plus, but not essential).
The "Human" Touch: You are approachable, empathetic, and great at explaining complex pay queries to staff with a smile.
Systems: Proficiency with large payroll systems (e.g., Chris21, Aurion, or similar).
