Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for navigating complex environments? A respected State Government department is seeking a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to deliver high-quality operational HR advice, coaching, and guidance to senior management and their respective teams.
Reporting to the Principal HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in building a flexible, responsive workforce, fostering an inclusive culture, and implementing workforce improvement solutions across a diverse, multi-disciplinary organisation.
Advisory & Coaching: Provide practical, operational HR advice and coaching to line management in accordance with public sector industrial instruments, policies, and guidelines.
Stakeholder Partnerships: Build strong, collaborative relationships with senior managers, unions, and central workforce teams to facilitate workforce solutions.
Strategic Delivery: Support the implementation of innovative HR strategies, programs, and continuous performance initiatives.
Culture & Alignment: Model the department's core values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence (ICARE) while promoting a safe and positive work environment.
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Must have SA Public Sector experience and a solid understanding of the South Australian public sector employment framework.
Highly regarded: Previous Health experience (such as within a Local Health Network or the Department for Health and Wellbeing).
Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and manage varying stakeholder capabilities in relation to dispute resolution and organisational change.
Proven flexibility, professional integrity, and strong interpersonal skills to gain the trust and confidence of staff and management.
Desirable: A degree or postgraduate studies in Business, HR Management, or a related field.
Appointment is subject to a current, satisfactory National Criminal History Check.
Immunisation Risk Category C (minimal patient contact) requirements apply.
