As their Senior Electrical Engineer, you will hit the ground running by leading the Electrical Design team, managing project delivery from concept to construction, and driving client engagement, balancing high-level technical design with project leadership and mentorship.

- Technical & Team Leadership: Carry out detailed electrical designs aligned with Australian standards, conduct independent design checks, and coach and mentor your design team to ensure technical growth.
- Commercial Acumen: Conduct value engineering exercises, manage fee proposals, and track scopes tightly to flag variations early.
- Project Lead Ownership: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, coordinate workflows across internal disciplines, and update the job management system daily for progress
We are looking for a proactive, solution-focused engineer with at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. CPEng or NER certifications are a plus. However, it's just as important you brings a high level of accountability, proven proficiency in electrical services design, and an optimistic, down-to-earth attitude to the office.
