Subdivisional & Development Assessments: Review and assess incoming subdivisional engineering design submissions against local policies, standard guidelines, and regulatory frameworks.
Tenders & Contract Procurement: Prepare thorough contract documentation for major drainage works and critically evaluate incoming consultant/contractor tender submissions.
Intra-Divisional Technical Support: Participate in multi-disciplinary corporate project teams, support the training/development of junior officers, and help maintain core CADD and drainage software packages.
Council & Stakeholder Advisory: Prepare clear committee reports, briefing notes, and formal engineering advice for Council. Proactively coordinate with public utilities, government departments, and community members regarding active works.
