Key Accountabilities:
Deliver change communication plans aligned with overarching OSI strategy
Provide strategic and tactical advice on messaging and channels to internal partners
Lead the development and issuance of change proposals to ensure transparency and accuracy
Produce high-quality materials including emails, FAQs, and digital content
Tailor messaging for specific staff groups to support effective transitions
Build productive relationships with program teams and subject-matter experts
Manage information flow across squads and escalate risks to the Communication Lead
Evaluate communication effectiveness and adjust strategies to improve impact
Key Challenges:
Managing interdependencies across multiple workstreams and complex programs
Distilling evolving information into clear messages while details are still emerging
Adapting communication plans quickly to rapidly evolving goals and timelines
Key Requirements:
A strategic thinker with a hands-on "doer" approach to delivery
High-level liaison, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong verbal and written skills for conveying complex, evolving information
Deep understanding of change communication strategies for large-scale impact
Large-Scale Change experience, extensive experience leading comms for big change programs and complex transformations
Proven capability in managing project-based communications and issuing change proposals
- Qualifications in communication, change management, or a related field
