Senior Technology Business Partner | Permanent | Melbourne CBD
A high-impact permanent opportunity for a senior technology professional ready to step into a trusted advisory role. You'll sit at the intersection of business and technology, owning the corporate platform ecosystem and shaping how the organisation evaluates, adopts, and optimises enterprise SaaS solutions across APAC.
This is a newly establishing practice area, and you'll play a key role in building it out.
What you'll be doing
- Acting as the conduit between corporate business teams and the technology group, translating business needs into technology solutions
- Managing and optimising key enterprise platforms including Workday, ServiceNow, and Atlassian
- Leading feasibility studies and solution ideation when business teams bring problems or improvement ideas
- Evaluating whether existing platforms can meet a need, or whether third-party integrations are required
- Engaging and assessing solution architects and vendor proposals
- Tailoring communication and recommendations to different stakeholder audiences, from operational teams to senior leadership
- Contributing to the establishment of a technology business partnering practice across APAC
What we're looking for
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience evaluating and managing enterprise SaaS platforms
- Demonstrated experience working alongside or managing solution architects
- Prior involvement in setting up or maturing a technology business partnering or advisory practice
- Comfortable conducting feasibility analysis and asking the hard "why" questions to challenge and refine proposed solutions
- Strong analytical thinker who can push back constructively and articulate the "so what" to stakeholders
- Ability to flex communication style across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with APAC-scale programs or multi-entity environments is advantageous

- Salary: Up to $220,000 package + performance bonus - experience dependant
