Role Overview:
The client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the end-to-end definition of detailed stakeholder and solution requirements for a CRM initiative. The role will be responsible for planning and facilitating requirements activities, analysing current state processes, defining future state processes, and producing high-quality requirements artefacts to support significant procurement activity (ITO/RFQ) in requesting and evaluating supplier responses covering implementation of a CRM solution.
This role requires a BA with strong experience across business process analysis, functional and non-functional requirements, data migration/transition requirements, integrations, reporting/analytics requirements, and role-based access modelling.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, internal technical resources and the project manager to establish a complete, approved and traceable requirements baseline.
Key Duties:
- Documenting current state business processes
- Defining future state business processes
- Capturing functional requirements
- Capturing non-functional requirements
- Defining transition requirements, including data cleansing and migration
- Gathering reporting / dashboard / analytics requirements
- Defining integration requirements
- Developing CRUD matrices and role/access models
- Facilitating workshops and working closely with business SMEs and technical teams
- Producing clear, structured, traceable requirements documentation and supporting stakeholder sign-off
The Ideal Candidate for this role will possess experience with the following:
- End-to-end business analysis on transformation initiatives
- Current state / future state process mapping
- Detailed functional and non-functional requirements
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
- Producing high-quality requirements artefacts that support significant procurement activity and supplier evaluation
- Strong communicators across both business and technical stakeholders
- Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working through ambiguity
- Able to work independently and drive requirements outcomes
- Experienced in transformation projects
- Confident facilitating workshops and challenging gaps or unclear business needs
- Candidates with experience in transformation programs, CRM systems implementations, and enterprise process redesign will be highly regarded
