... Are you an experienced Change Analyst with a passion for driving successful business transformations and supporting the change management strategy for a major SAP S/4HANA implementation?
This 12-month contract offers an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in a large-scale Enterprise Portfolio Programs & Projects (EPPM) migration, ensuring smooth transitions, high stakeholder engagement, and lasting adoption across a program environment.
What You Will Do:
- Implement the EPPM change management strategy and plan, aligning activities with broader ERP transformation goals and business operations.
- Conduct comprehensive change impact assessments to identify workforce, role, and process changes, and support targeted interventions.
- Coordinate, track, and manage stakeholder engagement activities to ensure impacted leaders and employees are well-informed.
- Support the development, scheduling, and delivery of training programs, while managing communication materials like FAQs and presentations.
- Track change adoption metrics, gather user feedback, and execute business readiness assessments to prepare teams for go-live.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- Over 5 years of proven experience as a Change Analyst working on large-scale EPPM transformations or business process change.
- Deep understanding of change management principles and methodologies, such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter’s Change Model.
- Demonstrated track record supporting EPPM system implementations and coordinating stakeholder communications and training.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments and engage both technical and non-technical teams.
- Highly developed organisational skills to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and deadlines within a high-pressure program.
