Senior Business Analyst

High-impact role facing into Engineering, driving delivery across critical API and partner integration initiatives.
You will join during active delivery, stabilising in-flight work and kicking off a second major initiative within a recently restructured team.
The Project
API-driven integrations with third-party systems. Complex engineering dependencies. High visibility across the business.
What You Will Do
• Lead business analysis across two integration initiatives
• Own requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Enforce work readiness before engineering commences
• Drive backlog refinement and iteration discipline
• Manage technical risks and cross-team dependencies
• Lift delivery practices post-restructure
Ideal Background
• Digital consulting environments (e.g Deloitte Digital) or product-led marketplaces such as REA, Sportsbet or similar
• Strong API and integration experience
• 5+ years’ SENIOR BA experience in digital or platform businesses
• Confidence operating at the Product–Engineering interface
• Agile experience
Suited to a sharp, autonomous BA who thrives in complex, fast-moving digital environments
