The Role

We’re looking for three Senior BI Developers to join a massive 12-month migration program for a major bank.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Migration & Development: Rebuild and optimize legacy reporting logic into modern Power BI dashboards.

• Deep-Dive Data Analytics: Go beyond the visuals—analyze migration data to identify trends, outliers, and insights that help the business make better decisions.

• DAX Mastery: Write and troubleshoot high-performance DAX measures for complex financial models.

• Data Validation: Ensure "source-to-report" accuracy, maintaining the high data integrity standards required in banking.

• Stakeholder Delivery: Work with the business to turn raw data into actionable, clean, and intuitive reporting.

The Details

• Location: Sydney CBD with a genuine hybrid setup.

• Duration: 12-month initial contract (this is a big program with plenty of runway).

• Seniority: We need "plug and play" seniors who can manage their own delivery.

• Industry Factor: A banking or Financial Services background is preferred but not essential.
