SEM Executive | 6-Month Contract | Hybrid (City Based)
I am seeking a data-driven SEM Executive to join a leading global education provider for an immediate 6-month contract. This role supports a major digital transformation as the team in-houses and restructures its global search presence.

About the Job
Supporting the Performance Marketing Manager, you will help execute a transition to a new, AI-driven account architecture.
Restructure & Migration: Assist in auditing accounts, keyword consolidation, and implementing new campaign taxonomy.
Campaign Management: End-to-end execution of domestic and international paid search (Google Ads).
Optimisation: Focus on smart bidding, PMAX, and audience signals to maximize ROI.
Tracking: Validate tagging and conversion mapping across Adobe and Google Ads.
About You
You are a technical marketer who thrives on campaign hygiene and performance growth.
Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on Google Ads management.
Tech Stack: Strong grasp of AI-driven formats (PMAX), automation, and conversion tracking.
Analytical: Ability to turn performance data into clear optimization actions.
Requirements: A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) is mandatory for this role.
Detials:
Term: 6-month contract (ASAP – Aug 2026) with extension potential.
Location: Hybrid (Melbourne CBD) – Tuesday/Thursday on-site.
Capacity: 36 hours per week.
Rate: $60- $65 per hour + super
