Are you an experienced agile professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a dynamic Scrum Master to help drive value and guide multiple sub-teams through best practice agile delivery. In this role, you will collaborate closely with leadership teams and partner with an Agile Coach to embed and uplift new ways of working based on Agile and Scrum methodologies within an enterprise-level environment. This is a 12-month contract offering a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in modernising and future-proofing digital assets.
What You Will Do:- Lead and drive agile and Scrum delivery across multiple teams by facilitating all standard Scrum ceremonies and ensuring transparency across stakeholders. [cite: 48]
- Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure teams continuously deliver value every sprint aligned with their roadmap and the right priorities. [cite: 49]
- Identify, take ownership of, and help resolve roadblocks, impediments, and dependencies to ensure the team's progress and delivery stream success. [cite: 49, 53]
- Collaborate with the Agile Coach to set up Value Stream teams and Release Trains to enable the scaling of Scrum and uplift agile maturity and mindset. [cite: 52, 77]
- Provide detailed progress reporting, including standard scrum metrics, risks, and issues at the team and delivery stream level. [cite: 53]
- A proven track record and 5+ years of experience working as a Certified Scrum Master leading multiple delivery teams in a complex enterprise environment. [cite: 83, 85, 86]
- Formal qualifications in Agile, such as SAFe SPC (SAFe Program Consultant), along with a tertiary qualification in Information Technology. [cite: 80, 91]
- An expert understanding of project delivery methodologies (e.g., PMBOK) alongside robust risk, issue, constraint, and dependency management. [cite: 81, 82]
- Proficiency using agile collaboration tools, specifically JIRA and Confluence, to support optimal service delivery. [cite: 82, 78]
- Strong highly organised servant leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on motivating virtual and shared teams. [cite: 88, 93, 95]
