Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced consultant to join a leading enterprise team, driving high-impact Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR transformation services. In this role, you will partner closely with diverse corporate clients to analyze operational hiring needs, map intricate recruitment workflows, and deliver tailored ATS solutions. Your mission is to streamline complex recruitment processes, uplift both candidate and recruiter experiences, and ensure the successful deployment of optimized enterprise hiring platforms.
Key Criteria for the Role
To be successful in this position, you will bring:
Valid certification or formal training in SAP Smart Recruiters (ideally complemented by core SuccessFactors modules).
A proven track record of successfully delivering at least 3 end-to-end SuccessFactors or ATS implementations.
Strong domain expertise in HR/ATS platforms, including hands-on experience in recruitment process design, data migration, and validation.
Demonstrated knowledge of configuring workflows that comply with local hiring practices, national legislation, and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR/Privacy Act).
A relevant degree or professional qualification in Business/Commerce, HR, HR Technology, or Information Systems.
Desirable: A strong consulting or advisory background, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships, facilitate workshops, and drive project management activities during large-scale digital transformations.
Key Relationships
Reports to: SAP (ECP) Practice Lead
Collaborates with: Cross-functional and technical project teams, alongside key client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
System Configuration & Implementation: Actively configure and customize SAP Smart Recruiters to ensure technical alignment with client specifications and ideal recruitment practices.
Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Lead workshops to map out recruitment workflows, capture specific talent acquisition needs, and provide expert ATS recommendations.
Technical Documentation: Produce comprehensive functional specifications, master configuration workbooks, and system solution designs.
Integration Support: Partner with cross-functional technical teams to support seamless integrations between the recruitment platform, SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), and external third-party software.
Data Migration & Governance: Oversee the migration and validation of candidate records, historical talent data, and job requisitions while maintaining complete compliance.
Advanced Support & Advice: Troubleshoot high-level configuration issues and advise clients on release management, system deployment approaches, and optimization strategies.
