What You Will Do:
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- 10+ years of experience in change management and business transformation, specifically focused on SAP systems implementation.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale ERP change programs, preferably within SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong knowledge of methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s Change Model, or Lewin’s Change Theory.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training delivery within complex organisational environments.
- Ability to conduct impact assessments, resistance management, and post-go-live adoption monitoring.
- High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) with the ability to navigate complex environments, manage expectations, and drive consensus.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Certification in Prosci Change Management, CIPD, or similar HR transformation credentials.
- Experience with SAP Activate Methodology, including fit-to-standard workshops.
- Experience within local government or public sector organisations.
