Are you an experienced Change Management Lead ready to drive a major SAP S/4HANA implementation within a large, complex service delivery environment? We have an opportunity for you to manage the change management strategy and execution for a key business readiness stream within a Modern ERP Program. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless transition, maximising user adoption, and sustaining new ways of working post-go-live. This is a contract assignment with a strong delivery focus, based in Brisbane, QLD.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and drive the change management strategy, ensuring alignment with program goals and best practice methodologies.
• Conduct Change Impact Assessments and develop targeted interventions to manage impacts across processes, roles, and technology.
• Develop and implement comprehensive Communication Plans, ensuring clear and consistent messaging to stakeholders and employees about project progress and changes.
• Facilitate Business Readiness Assessments, ensuring operational teams are fully prepared for the system go-live and subsequent support.
• Track and manage resistance, collect adoption feedback, and ensure the sustainability of the change by embedding new ways of working post-implementation.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• 10+ years of proven experience in change management and business transformation, specifically focused on SAP systems implementation.
• Experienced in delivering large-scale ERP change programs, preferably within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, strong emotional intelligence, and experience collaborating with virtual, shared business, and technical teams.
