What You Will Do:

• Lead and support detailed design and configuration discussions, specifying details to configure SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and its key elements.
• Conduct thorough testing of SAP EAM and Plant Maintenance (PM) configurations to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Provide functional consulting advice to business and stakeholders by harnessing SAP capabilities and best practice processes to meet business needs.
• Support the build phase by specifying details to configure S/4 Asset Management hierarchy and data objects such as Functional Location, Equipment, and Work Orders.
• Govern the alignment of external service provider functional deliverables as a subject matter expert to ensure solutions meet business expectations and compliance standards.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Significant experience working in SAP ECC and S/4HANA (EAM) environments in functional consulting or solution architecture, including at least one full S/4HANA greenfield implementation.
• Sound knowledge of Asset Management processes. We require candidates who understand the basics of asset lifecycle management, not just configuration.
• Demonstrated experience working with SAP GEF, SAP Asset Manager, Fleet Management, and XECM.
• Proven experience of EAM integration with other modules such as Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Finance (FICO/FIAA).
• Significant experience working with SAP Activate Methodology and providing functional analysis and configuration services in a complex organisation.
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline combined with highly developed verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to effectively influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
