Summary

This is a rare opportunity to join a major telecommunications organization during a critical transformation phase. Following a strategic review of their existing ecosystem, the business has committed to a complete redo. As the Salesforce Architect, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing a clean, scalable Sales & Service Cloud solution from the ground up, ensuring the "new" environment avoids the complexities of the past while meeting high-capacity enterprise demands.

Key Criteria

• Extensive experience in Salesforce Architecture within large-scale enterprise environments.

• Proven track record with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.

• Prior experience in the Telecommunications sector is highly regarded.

• Strong Communication skills with the ability to articulate technical debt and architectural roadmaps to diverse stakeholders.

• Experience in Vendor Management and navigating third-party delivery partnerships (Preferred).

• Executive Manager of Architecture (Direct Manager)

• Business Units (Sales, Marketing, and New Development)

• External Vendors and Implementation Partners

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design for a new Salesforce instance, specifically focusing on the implementation of Sales & Service Cloud.

• Work alongside the Business Unit to ensure alignment across RSP, Sales & Account Management, Marketing, and New Development workstreams.

• Oversee the strategy, ensuring the new environment remains robust while the legacy system is eventually decommissioned.

• Manage technical stakeholders and Vendors to ensure delivery remains in line with the Enterprise Architecture roadmap.

• Provide expert guidance on best practices to ensure the long-term health and scalability of the Salesforce ecosystem.
